ONC Certified HIT 2015 Edition Cures Update

This Health IT Module is compliant with the ONC Certification Criteria for Health IT and has been certified by an ONC-ACB in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

ModuleMD WISE™ 10.0 holds Certificate No. 15.04.04.2980.Modu.10.01.1.221219, certified 12/19/2022. Additional software used in certification: EMR Direct/phiMail server, Updox, DrFirst Rcopia4, and Carefluence OpenAPI certified for modules 170.315(a)(1-5, 9, 12, 14), 170.315(b)(1-3, 9-10), 170.315(c)(1-4), 170.315(d)(1-9, 12-13), 170.315(e)(1, 3), 170.315(f)(1-3), 170.315(g)(2-7, 9-10), 170.315(h)(1); and for Clinical Quality Measures: CMS50v5, CMS122v5, CMS124v5, CMS125v5, CMS130v5, CMS131v5, CMS137v5, CMS138v5, CMS139v5, CMS149v5, CMS156v5, CMS159v5, CMS165v5, and CMS166v6.

Additional Information: This certified product requires a one-time license fee, one-time implementation service fees, and ongoing monthly subscription fees. ModuleMD  WISE™ 10.0 customers will receive new versions as no-charge updates. Monthly and annual fees are listed in the contract and selected based on user preference. These include: 1. Electronic Prescribing: This certified product-version will require an on-going monthly subscription fee per provider for electronic prescribing capability which includes drug-drug/drug-allergy interactions, drug formulary checks, and clinical information reconciliation (170.315 (a)(4) and 170.315 (b)(2-3)cures); 2. Electronic faxing: This certified product-version will require a per-instance fee for electronic faxing (170.315 (a)(1-3)); 3. Direct Messaging: This certified product-version will require an annual subscription fee for direct message capability to send/receive transition of care summaries (170.315 (b)(1)cures); all with no known limitations.
